“Its a romantic comedy film, its not against any ethnic group or made fun of… it has a very interesting concept that in our country there are so many languages culture, etc and the idea is (of Chennai Express) that how love conquers all that. Whole idea is very positive. I read (on tabloids/sites) that they (we) are making fun but its not, its a journey of two people who are in love, through parts of the country where they come in touch with different cultures… at the end of it all, it is said in the film that respect all cultures and love can conquer all of it in a comic way… so I really like that idea. And I think Deepika really looks good in Lungi (in the poster)”
